1. The app
Pillsmith is provided “as is”. Pillsmith is a reminder and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Reminders depend on your phone's settings, battery optimisation and hardware, so a reminder can be late or missed; do not rely on Pillsmith as your only safeguard for medicines where a missed dose could cause harm.
2. Pillsmith Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro tool temporarily; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kyperion Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
